So it was the second home game of the season and finally the first win! The Muni lot was not as full as the first game was, I’m gonna blame the weather since we know Browns fans are diehard, but it was still an awesome party none the less. My contribution to our spread was buffalo chicken dip. Love that dish and it was the perfect weather for it.
Buffalo Chicken Dip
Serves 12
1 8oz pkg cream cheese softened
1 12.5 oz can of chicken (or more or less – there is no right or wrong)
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/2 cup hot sauce
3/4 cup sharp cheddar
Work the soften cream cheese around the bowl until it seems easy to stir. Add in chicken, ranch, hot sauce and cheese until the mixture is well blended. Put into a tin foil cake pan and cover with foil. Cook over hot coals until the dip is bubbling and steaming.
You can also put into a casserole dish and pop it into the oven until it is bubbling. Whatever works for wherever you are at.
Serve with tortilla chips, celery, carrot sticks, whatever sounds good to you!
