Even though the planet Venus won’t be around for another 105 years, the observation of Venus will continue unabated. Who could forget Venus Flytrap from WKRP in Cincinnati? Not to mention the disarming charm of Venus De Milo.
The best thing about these Venus sightings is that you don’t need any special glasses to view them. Which is a good thing, because I tried using amber bottles to filter the dangerous rays of the sun last night, and ended up with a face full of beer.
