Peter Frampton suffered whiplash and a sore back on Tuesday when his car was struck from behind while he was stuck in traffic on the 101 freeway in Los Angeles. But, the injury did not prevent Frampton from tweeting about it, as he warns, “People put the phones down!” He then caught a flight to Minnesota where he starts a six-date tour on Friday and said he was heading straight to the hospital once he landed to get checked out. In June 1978, Frampton was involved in a near fatal car accident in the Bahamas, resulting in a concussion, multiple broken bones and muscle damage.
