In July 2012, we said goodbye to “Gene Simmons Family Jewels,” the A&E reality show that followed the KISS bassist, his now wife Shannon Tweed and their children Nick and Sophie for seven seasons.

But KISS fans can rejoice, as a new reality show on AMC will be based on the LA KISS arena football team owned by Simmons and fellow KISS founder Paul Stanley. The new series also sees Simmons reunite with members of the “Family Jewels” crew.

In April 2014, KISS will be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame alongside Nirvana, Peter Gabriel, Cat Stevens, Linda Ronstadt, Brian Epstein, Hall and Oates, E Street Band and Andrew Loog Oldman.
