Leftover Cadbury Eggs?! Unheard Of!

Uhh, yeah, not in my house.

I don’t know why it struck me this morning, what fun things can you do with a leftover Cadbury Egg? Not that I could do any of these.  As soon as I buy them in the store, if they aren’t in the bag in the trunk, I’m unwrapping that foil package on the drive home, but I digress.

Paula Balish had a question this week (or last week) about favorite Easter candy.  Lots of folks said the Cadbury Eggs were too sweet (I say pehaw!), so who knows, maybe there are collections of eggs in some Easter baskets here and there.  What to do with them, what to do…I mean other than giving them to me to squirrel away for the rest of the year!

So if you do have a few extra eggs, what about Cadbury Egg creme brulee:

A Cadbury Egg Toastie (aka grilled cheese sandwich)?

I have to say I’m all over that idea!

And woah, I’m digging this chocolate tart recipe as well:

I’m not a very good cook, I have zero patience, so I’ll try to see if our resident chef can help me out with these.  Oh Paula!

Happy Easter!
