Who Doesn’t Want A Quadrophenia Sequel

It seems wrong that someone who didn’t have anything to do with Quadrophenia in the first place could write a sequel. The Who heartily concurs. Peter Meadows was “inspired” to write a book using the characters from the iconic rock opera in a story that takes place 35 years after the original. That book is now being made into a movie, and Roger Daltrey is livid.

The film is titled “To Be Someone”, but as Roger sang in 5:15, “why should I care”
