Jack White to Headline Farm Aid 2014 Alongside Neil Young, Willie Nelson, John Mellencamp & Dave Matthews
Jack White doesn’t seem to care too much about baseball, but he does care about America’s farmers. And to show his appreciation he’s headlining this year’s Farm Aid in Raleigh, North Carolina.
Willie Nelson, Dave Matthews and Tom Morello also paid tribute to the legend.

The Paintings of John Mellencamp will feature 40 oil paintings, some of which have never been seen by the general public.
The comprehensive boxed set collection will feature nineteen CDs released by Mellencamp from his 35 year career, including American Fool, Lonesome Jubilee, Scarecrow, Cuttin’ Heads, Life, Death, Love and Freedom and No Better Than This.
The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee’s comprehensive box set features 19 CDs and will be released just in time for the holidays.
All day, murmurs were heard backstage about a “special guest” who would be performing at the concert. The big reveal came during John Mellencamp’s set. After playing “Pink Houses,” he mentioned that that song had been inspired by artists who came before him who tried to make a difference with music. “
